About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build & maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports
Automate recurring reporting & operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
Support the management and QA for marketing data pipelines across paid channels
Monitor day-to-day performance across acquisition channels, surfacing insights to marketing team stakeholders
Support channel leaders in implementing incrementality tests and strategies
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support media buying decisions with data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in data & analytics, specifically in a role supporting paid media channels
Hands-on experience with digital channels, app-based acquisition, and MMP platforms strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to business stakeholders
Ability to work with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Product)
Strong project management
Technical Skills:
Advanced SQL
Tableau (strongly preferred) or similar BI tool
Excel
Python (preferred for modeling, automation, or statistical analysis)
