Requirements
2-5 years in product growth, content marketing, or demand generation roles, ideally in AI/ML, developer tools, or infrastructure
Deep analytical skills, including content performance measurement, lead scoring, marketing attribution, and growth experimentation
Experience building sophisticated marketing automation workflows and content-to-pipeline attribution models
Deep understanding of AI/ML ecosystem, developer communities, and technical buyer decision-making processes
Experience with marketing and sales tech stack, Ad + SEO platforms, and marketing attribution systems + revenue operations
Comfortable with ambiguity and building integrated growth systems from first principles
