Account Manager

• Develop and execute Prime Intellect’s global GPU sourcing strategy across H100/H200/B200-class infrastructure and beyond.
• Structure commercial agreements that balance cost, flexibility, term length, and growth optionality.
• Identify and evaluate infrastructure partners across hyperscalers, specialized AI clouds, data centers, colocation providers, and hardware vendors.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, SLAs, capacity reservations, expansion rights, and risk allocation.
• Continuously optimize blended gross margins through disciplined sourcing and contract structuring.
• Secure capacity for internal frontier RL research and model training.
• Coordinate closely with research and engineering teams to understand workload requirements (training vs inference vs long-context deployments).
• Align capacity planning with enterprise deployment roadmaps.
• Ensure compute supply keeps pace with customer expansion and new model launches.
• Work with infrastructure, platform, and DevOps teams to ensure partner capacity is onboarded efficiently and runs reliably in production.
• Track uptime, delivery timelines, and performance metrics across partners.
• Manage escalation paths and issue resolution with providers.
• Design playbooks for expanding from pilot deployments to large-scale clusters.
• Monitor global GPU supply dynamics, pricing trends, export constraints, and vendor roadmaps.
• Diversify supply to reduce concentration risk.
• Model long-term capacity requirements across revenue scenarios.
• Identify opportunities for structured capacity (e.g., reserved blocks, hybrid models, co-investment structures).
• Build long-term strategic relationships with infrastructure providers.
• Explore novel partnership models that create competitive advantage.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Research, Sales, and Operations.
• Provide infrastructure insights for board and investor conversations.

Compute Partnerships Lead

Business Operations

• Build and optimize core company systems across GTM, finance, operations, and product.
• Drive key operational initiatives end-to-end — scoping, planning, execution, iteration.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for company-level metrics — revenue, compute usage, burn, GTM efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on operating cadence — weekly reviews, quarterly planning, board materials.
• Own vendor and partner coordination across compute suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Improve internal processes to reduce friction across teams — from contracting to onboarding to budgeting.
• Support fundraising materials, investor reporting, and strategic narrative development.
• Ensure cross-team alignment and unblock high-priority projects.
• Manage internal knowledge and process documentation as the company scales.

Business Operations Lead

Revenue Operations

• Own the end-to-end revenue operations engine across Sales, Growth, and Customer teams.
• Design the systems, data models, and processes that make revenue predictable and GTM execution surgical.
• Own CRM architecture, forecasting, compensation design, deal desk, and analytics.
• Turn noisy signals across compute usage, post-training work, and pipeline into clear decisions and repeatable motion.
• Own GTM systems across the funnel - CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, billing, and data warehouse.
• Design and maintain CRM architecture so that pipeline, stages, and fields reflect reality and support accurate forecasting.
• Build and standardize reporting for leadership: pipeline health, conversion rates, cohort performance, NRR, GRR, compute GMV.
• Partner with Head of Enterprise Sales and AEs on territory design, quota setting, compensation plans, and performance tracking.
• Run deal desk for complex deals - pricing structure, approvals, non-standard terms.
• Connect product usage and compute consumption data to revenue metrics for usage-based and hybrid models.
• Define and implement lead routing, SLAs, and handoffs between Marketing, Sales, TAM, and Solutions.
• Automate repetitive GTM workflows so Sales and CS can focus on customers, not admin.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data across tools and teams.
• Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, forecasting assumptions, and board reporting inputs.
• Evaluate and manage the GTM tech stack - select tools, own vendor relationships, ensure adoption.
• Build documentation and playbooks for how we run revenue operations as the team scales.
