About the role
- Create and execute strategies to maximize Rho’s visibility on AI-driven platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
- Build, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, programmatic, and editorial domains to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Oversee and optimize affiliate programs as a driver of acquisition, brand reach, and visibility.
- Identify emerging opportunities in search and AI behavior, test bold strategies, and scale what works.
- Partner with content, product, and design to align messaging, creative, and technical optimization for growth.
- Track performance across search and AI platforms, translate insights into recommendations, and regularly communicate growth impact to leadership.
- Work at the intersection of marketing, product, and content to ensure Rho shows up in the right places with the right message on Google and AI platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, SEO, performance marketing, or other technical marketing disciplines.
- Knowledge of AI search platforms and how they differ from traditional search engines.
- Track record of building high-performing growth playbooks.
- Deep understanding of organic search principles, tools, and tactics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfort balancing analytical rigor with creative marketing instincts.
- Comfortable in a high-velocity startup environment.
