About the role
- Proactively source, headhunt, and engage candidates for leadership, technical, and corporate roles across the company.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews, screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and corporate-cultural fit.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring across a variety of functions.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate and complete records in the ATS.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong background in sourcing and headhunting top talent.
- Experience utilizing and maintaining an ATS.
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
