Account Manager

• Lead, manage, assume accountability, and serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned accounts, sales projects and sales tasks.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and expand services within your assigned accounts.
• This includes, but is not limited to: Introducing new technology and strengthening the client relationship at multiple levels (i.e.: Decision makers, Purchasing Managers, Project Managers, C-Suite, etc.)
• Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
• Maintain and continue to develop sales and design skills and certifications.
• Work closely with internal teams to include but not limited to Design Estimation and Operations to ensure accurate pricing and to allow for effective execution of proposed projects.
• Prepare strategic plans regarding daily activities, customer contact and structure of calls and appointments and follow-up.
• Attend site walks, meetings and other relationship engagement activities within your assigned accounts
• Monitor account performance, track appropriate metrics and report on progress to internal stakeholders.
• Manage deals and contacts in Pref-Tech’s CRM.
• Prepare proposals and estimates with detailed scopes of work and accurate pricing.
• Work within a team environment to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Cultivate a supportive culture that prioritizes mutual respect, trust, and a commitment to achieving both individual and team objectives.
• Identify and resolve client pain promptly and effectively, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Learning and Development

• Design, develop, and deploy effective learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, simulations, and assessments
• Translate business needs and performance gaps into clear learning objectives and targeted development solutions
• Develop structured learning pathways aligned with competency models and career growth
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture technical knowledge, validate content accuracy, and create practical, job-relevant learning materials
• Support onboarding, skill-building, compliance readiness, leadership growth, and continuous learning experiences that enable employee performance
• Maintain and update learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational priorities
• Design assessments and evaluation tools, analyze learning data and feedback, and continuously improve content based on outcomes and evolving business needs
• Manage multiple learning projects while ensuring timelines, quality, consistency, and accuracy across deliverables
• Support the integration of learning content into the learning management system, including course setup, SCORM compliance, and tracking

Instructional Designer

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Security Integration Academy (SIA), ensuring all training programs, events, and initiatives are executed effectively.
• Translate SIA strategy and curriculum direction into operational plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Oversee the execution of onboarding programs, recurring technical training, leadership development programs, and special initiatives.
• Ensure all training programs are delivered consistently across locations with a high level of quality and professionalism.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs and curriculum based on established competency frameworks and business priorities.
• Manage and provide direction to all SIA roles, including Instructional Designers, Technical Instructors, LMS Administrator, and SIA Program Coordinator.
• Set priorities, assign work, and ensure alignment across roles to support training delivery and program goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members to build capability and performance.
• Ensure clear role responsibilities and collaboration across the SIA team.
• Ensure all training events are fully prepared for delivery, including schedules, materials, lab setups, equipment, and participant readiness.
• Oversee coordination between instructional design, training delivery, and LMS setup to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• Monitor training delivery to ensure alignment with expectations, standards, and intended outcomes.
• Partner with Operations, Service, Field Leadership, HR, and other departments to support training needs and priorities.
• Ensure alignment between training delivery, competency tracking, and workforce development objectives.
• Act as the primary coordination point between SIA and the broader organization for training execution.
• Oversee training participation, completion, certification tracking, and reporting across the LMS and related systems.
• Monitor program performance, identify trends, and ensure accurate data is available to support decision-making.
• Use training data, feedback, and operational insights to improve program delivery and effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain standardized processes for training scheduling, communication, delivery, and tracking.
• Identify gaps in coordination, execution, or communication and implement improvements.
• Support continuous improvement of SIA programs based on feedback, performance data, and business needs.
• Ensure the effective use and alignment of the LMS and any related systems used for training, competency, and certification tracking.
• Support adoption and consistency of systems, processes, and workflows across the organization.
• Partner with the LMS Administrator to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system effectiveness.

Learning and Development Manager

Operations

• Responsible assisting the Project Managers and operations staff with any administrative functions including but not limited to issuing purchase orders, creating project documentation such as data submittals, O&M manuals, and warranty documents.
• Enter Purchase Orders for Project Managers after they have sent you the BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Track Order Confirmations
• Liaise with Accounting team to ensure operations team compliance
• Interface with AP regarding material procurement, receipt, and handling
• Assist with pay apps
• Enable assist with end-of-project closeout deliverables (warranties, O&M manuals, etc.)
• Enable/assist PMs with project deliverables (product data submittals, job-specific safety certs, job specific badging, etc.)
• Schedule and maintain training records
• Backup to Warehouse Associate (general receiving duties as needed)

Operations Administrator

Inside Sales

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and follow-up with outbound phone calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales and Design Professional (SDP) for further development and closure
• Work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process
• Handle most material only sales and support designated SDP to assist with Preferred Partner accounts
• Backup to the Sales Coordinator and SDPs in their absence
• Demonstrate excellent customer services and professionalism
• Develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers
• Lead, manage and assume accountability for assigned sales projects and sales tasks

• Collaborate with Design/Estimation and Sales and Design Professionals
• Identify and resolve client needs

Product Designer

• Design blended learning experiences aligned to SIA competency matrices and career pathways.
• Translate competency assessment results and performance data into clear learning objectives, training plans, and development pathways.
• Develop field-ready training assets, including: Instructor-led training (ILT) materials, Facilitator guides, Participant workbooks, Hands-on lab activities, Job aids and field reference guides, Scenario-based exercises and assessments.
• Ensure training content is practical, accurate, and usable for technicians and other operational roles.
• Support the development, refinement, and maintenance of SIA competency frameworks by translating job requirements, assessment results, and field realities into clearly defined, measurable competencies and learning expectations.
• Partner closely with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy while maintaining instructional clarity and usability.
• Facilitate working sessions with SMEs to extract job-critical knowledge, workflows, and decision points.
• Design assessments that measure competency, not just knowledge retention.
• Use assessment results, learner feedback, and performance outcomes to refine and improve learning experiences.
• Support the evolution of SIA programs such as onboarding, skill development, and advanced technical pathways.
• Ensure learning solutions align with SIA governance, standards, and long-term roadmap.
• Support knowledge management efforts by organizing, standardizing, and maintaining learning content within the SIA Knowledge Library to ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency over time.
