About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and deploy effective learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, simulations, and assessments
  • Translate business needs and performance gaps into clear learning objectives and targeted development solutions
  • Develop structured learning pathways aligned with competency models and career growth
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture technical knowledge, validate content accuracy, and create practical, job-relevant learning materials
  • Support onboarding, skill-building, compliance readiness, leadership growth, and continuous learning experiences that enable employee performance
  • Maintain and update learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational priorities
  • Design assessments and evaluation tools, analyze learning data and feedback, and continuously improve content based on outcomes and evolving business needs
  • Manage multiple learning projects while ensuring timelines, quality, consistency, and accuracy across deliverables
  • Support the integration of learning content into the learning management system, including course setup, SCORM compliance, and tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience designing and developing learning programs
  • Proven ability to translate job tasks into effective training solutions
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and competency-based training
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience with learning management systems, SCORM, and multimedia authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
