About the role

  • Support day-to-day client needs and contribute to integrated PR programs
  • Draft press materials, pitch stories, spot timely opportunities, track coverage and reporting
  • Assist with timelines and budgets and manage time & budget tracking
  • Collaborate on influencer and social programs: support briefs, content development, community engagement and creative campaign ideas
  • Coordinate task assignments and ensure collaboration between PR, influencer, social teams, PMs and creative teams
  • Manage client communication (emails/status calls) and draft written materials including press releases, influencer briefs, and social media content
  • Support deck development and present work in internal meetings or calls
  • Perform channel audits and target audience analysis to inform strategies
  • Identify trend-to-earned opportunities and develop creative earned tactics (media mailers, events)
  • Begin influencer outreach and help manage deliverables and partner communication
  • Draft and schedule social content, engage with audiences via community management, and collaborate on paid/organic campaigns
  • Assist in gathering and organizing KPI data, provide insights, and contribute to reporting
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in training; lead brainstorms

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of PR and communications experience
  • Experience working with clients across consumer sectors including CPG, food & beverage, travel, sports, consumer tech
  • Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented with passion for storytelling across earned, influencer and social channels
  • Familiarity with trends, conversations, and cultural moments
  • Curiosity and openness to experimenting with AI for workflows, research, and creative ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across teams
  • Experience with drafting press materials, pitching stories, tracking coverage, reporting, timelines and budgets
  • Experience supporting influencer and social programs, briefs, content development, community engagement and creative campaign ideas
  • Confidence presenting work in internal meetings or calls
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and participating in training opportunities
