About the role
- Ensure 250+ new creators post weekly and re-engage inactive ones.
- Develop and share 3+ new hook/script combos weekly to drive repeatable virality.
- Help top creators hit $5K+ GMV and achieve ≥10% month-over-month growth.
- Host weekly live trainings for creators and repurpose recordings into newsletter content.
- Increase adoption of the Skool creator community, ensuring 25%+ of new creators complete a module.
- Run contests and challenges to keep creators posting consistently.
- Support VIPs with coaching, contests, and feedback to maximize performance.
- Monitor dashboards, re-activate inactive creators, and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, design, supply chain) to align creator pushes with promotions and inventory.
- Test hooks, coach creators, run live trainings, and build systems to help creators succeed.
- Launch product-specific promotions and scale creator GMV month over month.
- Build and scale a repeatable system to transform new creators into high-performing VIP affiliates.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or TikTok growth.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and creator psychology.
- Skilled communicator and coach, able to give clear, actionable feedback.
- Data driven mindset with a creative edge.
- Highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments.
