- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute BI&A research.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategy within the biopharmaceutical/oncology sector.
- Proven ability to design, manage, and interpret primary and secondary research studies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience managing external vendors and leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch biotech environment.
