About the role To manage and be responsible for the marine department achieving budgeted contribution Manage a team of adjusters and surveyors Produce quality claim handling and services Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Monitor workloads to ensure work is properly allocated Respond to and resolve complaints Achieve budgeted margin for department operations Develop and maintain customer relationships and work with VP of Marine to develop new clientele Perform other duties as assigned Support the organization's quality program(s) Travel as required Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
