About the role

  • Lead the ideation, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with business goals and target audience
  • Serve as the program owner/lead and hold teams accountable for on-time deliverables
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, social media, ABM, and events
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to create compelling and relevant campaign messaging and assets
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and ROI using data and insights
  • Optimize and refine campaigns based on best practices and feedback
  • Manage the campaign budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive continuous growth for lead and pipeline generation
  • Increase product usage, user engagement, qualified leads, and drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful integrated campaigns that deliver marketing qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation and attribution tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms like Marketo, Salesforce and rampmetrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with a growth mindset
