Lead the ideation, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with business goals and target audience
Serve as the program owner/lead and hold teams accountable for on-time deliverables
Manage the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, social media, ABM, and events
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to create compelling and relevant campaign messaging and assets
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and ROI using data and insights
Optimize and refine campaigns based on best practices and feedback
Manage the campaign budget and allocate resources effectively
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive continuous growth for lead and pipeline generation
Increase product usage, user engagement, qualified leads, and drive revenue growth
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Proven track record of creating and executing successful integrated campaigns that deliver marketing qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities
Strong knowledge of marketing automation and attribution tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms like Marketo, Salesforce and rampmetrics
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with a growth mindset
