About the role
- Build and scale Decagon’s performance marketing engine focused on paid programs across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Own paid campaigns end-to-end: creative briefs, launch, optimization, and reporting
- Optimize campaigns for efficiency and pipeline growth
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to test ideas and align on pipeline goals
- Run experiments across ad copy, audiences, channels, and creative and turn learnings into playbooks
- Support broader demand generation initiatives as needed (email, landing pages, events, ABM)
- Take ownership of projects, move quickly, and learn on the job
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
- Comfortable owning paid campaigns end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms (from creative briefs to launch, optimization, and reporting)
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms to optimize performance
- Experience testing ad copy, audiences, channels, and creative and turning experiments into repeatable playbooks
- Ability to flex beyond paid media into email, landing pages, events, and ABM campaigns
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; take ownership and move quickly
- Eager to grow career and eventually own more of the demand gen function
- Even better if: experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Roadway, Unify or other CRM/automation tools
- Even better if: experience working closely with sales teams for lead handoff and pipeline alignment
- Must be excited to work in-office in San Francisco five days a week (application question)
