💰 $175,000 - $210,000 per year
About the role
- Lead the teams responsible for creating and initiating strategies to fit Podimetrics’ needs.
- Provide sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive both growth and success.
- Develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions and transform the current sales process to help Podimetrics get to the next level.
- Sales Strategy: GTM planning (i.e., Channel Partnerships), Account/territory mapping, New sales material creation & messaging (w/Mkting)
- Enablement/Deal Support (End to End): Opportunity specific research & solutioning, Sales Collateral & Presentations, Deliverable facilitation, RFP & Proposal Support, Content population, Project & Coordination with SMEs, Submission
- Competitive Intelligence: News & trends tracking – industry & account level (bi-weekly), Select trend primers (i.e., SDOH), Company deep dives, Ad hoc requests, Event debriefs and summaries
- Sales Enablement: Pipeline reporting & Salesforce management, Early-stage financial modeling, Sales Training, Manages sales enablement portal (pitch decks, white papers, Marketing collateral), Monitoring of payouts to sales team, Content Management, Content Library Organization mapping, Stats database (with product)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related
- Proven experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
