As a Business Continuity Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. Responsible for acquiring, managing and developing a team of Business Continuity / Crisis leaders who proactively plan, monitor or respond to threats that may impact the organization. Leads the execution of the organization's Business Continuity Lifecycle and / or Crisis Planning under direction from Business Continuity senior management. Develops and directs the execution of business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning and testing. Provides support and expertise during live events. Manages the execution of the vision and direction for business continuity lifecycle planning, including the business impact analysis, risk assessment, recovery planning and recovery testing. Ensures the maintenance of a continuous improvement methodology and updated response and recovery plans. Manages and ensures the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. Collaborates with businesses in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues. Leads a functional area within business continuity / crisis management that drives effective recovery planning and testing of recovery and response capabilities. Requirements

At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
