Act as a leading finance business partner for the GTM function
Drive forecasting, budgeting, target setting and business case development for Go to Market initiatives
Collaborate closely with Sales leaders to evaluate distribution plays, unit economics and performance metrics
Translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear financial narratives
Report to FP&A Director and work closely with Go-to-Market teams; part of a team of 8
In first 6 months: identify and report on key drivers, lead development of a holistic business plan, grow skills in software and fintech distribution, act as a ‘mini-CFO’ for the GTM team ensuring operational targets and budgets and communicating with senior leaders
Requirements
5+ years’ of work experience across finance business partnering, strategy and / or consulting
Proven experience supporting a GTM / Commercial function in a tech/SaaS environment
Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
