• Build and ship end-to-end user experiences across the full stack (TypeScript/React frontends and backend APIs)

Full Stack Engineer

Customer Support

• Act as a crucial link between onboarding team, internal stakeholders, and customers for KYC matters
• Handle customer and colleague queries via email and chat, ensuring timely, effective, and high-quality resolutions
• Manage queries including company information updates, account transfers, admin changes, ODD deadline extensions, wallet blocks, onboarding, screening, and bankruptcy processes
• Demonstrate best practices in every interaction and set a high standard across touchpoints
• Support the team during peak periods to ensure delivery against service level agreements
• Perform ongoing screening of existing business and individual customers and payments to ensure compliance and vigilance
• Collaborate within a small team (team of three) and help shape processes and improvements

KYC Support Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Act as a leading finance business partner for the GTM function
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, target setting and business case development for Go to Market initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Sales leaders to evaluate distribution plays, unit economics and performance metrics
• Translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders

Finance Business Partner – GTM

• Partner with product and business teams to develop data strategies that enable new features and improve user experience
• Drive key strategic projects across the organisation, providing leadership and hands-on support
• Support multiple teams across Pleo in delivering impactful data and analytics solutions
• Build data products that directly support Pleo's product roadmap and business goals

• Lead the roadmap for our fraud and AML decisioning platform, from early detection to real-time prevention
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, and finance teams to design scalable, automated controls
• Use data-driven insights to identify evolving fraud and AML patterns, and translate them into actionable product solutions
• Partner with regulators, compliance, and operations teams to ensure our tech stack meets (and exceeds) regulatory standards

Application Engineer

• Partner with engineering teams to design and review secure technical solutions.
• Dive deep into authentication, encryption, and partner integration security topics.
• Triage and resolve issues identified through the bug bounty program.
• Guide developers on secure coding practices and help fix identified vulnerabilities.
• Support GRC and DevOps teams with automation and security controls in CI/CD pipelines.
• Plan, prioritise, and own the Application Security roadmap.
• Drive long-term security initiatives balancing automation, compliance, and access needs.

Senior Security Application Engineer

• Set the Organisational Engineering Strategy for Pleo, supported by the CTO, and partner with senior leaders across all of Pleo
• Responsible for choosing the right technical solutions for different areas, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business
• Improve tech stack to a best-in-class stack focusing on overall cost, rapid growth enablement and process innovation, improving profitability through efficiency (including democratization of AI)
• Oversee enterprise architecture with an Enterprise Architect reporting to you, connecting third party solutions to internal data and product platforms where appropriate
• Be the competence leader for IT people across the business and specialist engineers helping to select, implement and run technical solutions

• As a Software Engineer in the Revenue Operations Engineering team, you’ll be at the heart of optimizing how our commercial teams (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience) operate
