Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value
Provide sales support and coaching to the team via daily/weekly engagements such as 1 on 1s, team meetings, recorded call reviews, pipeline management and deal strategy
Lead forecasting across the team to provide visibility to senior leadership
Review and revise team playbooks to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the sales funnel
Be a critical member of the Plenful revenue leadership team partnering with our executives, our customer team, marketing and RevOps to achieve Plenful’s acquisition goals
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably in healthcare)
Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Enterprise sales (preferably in healthcare tech)
Healthcare and/or Pharmacy sales experience a bonus
Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of business acumen and ability to engage directly with the C-suite in the healthcare industry
Previous Success and continued desire to work in a fast scaling sales organization
