About the role
- Must be working with hospital systems
- Must have a proven track record of business development in the executive search space
- Senior Consultant, Executive Search will work on multiple client engagements, taking ownership of all phases of the recruitment process
- The Senior Consultant may be asked to lead the development and execution of the recruiting strategy for their assigned roles
- Identify, pursue, and successfully sell executive-level retained roles and workforce consulting engagements to potential new and existing clients
- Collaborate with clients and team members to create a recruiting plan, including results and strategy (target markets, companies, positions, and people)
- Conduct/obtain client information via intake meetings and documents
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and team members
- Identify, contact, and recruit prospective candidates; communicate regularly with candidates throughout the engagement to create and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Interact regularly with clients to build and maintain a positive business relationship throughout the recruitment engagement leading to additional engagements for the organization
- Provide market and candidate insights to recruiting team members in preparation for client meetings
- Drive client and candidate management activities individually or in conjunction with other team members
- Pay Rate: $84,000 - $104,500 per year
- This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission

- Lead development and execution of the recruiting strategy for assigned roles
- Experience in business development and client engagement
- Education & Years of Experience: Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
- Additional Experience: Relevant work experience within the healthcare industry; C-Suite and Physician recruitment experience preferred
