About the role

  • Recruit, train, mentor, coach and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and accelerate revenue.
  • Oversee and optimize sales workflows in HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage necessary reports for leadership and board.
  • Set sales targets, track key performance metrics, and provide coaching and development opportunities for the team.
  • Work closely with marketing, product and our client services teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Continuously refine sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and implement best practices for lead management and deal progression.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of managing and leading sales teams to hit monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, reporting, automation, and integrations)
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and mentor a sales team, driving performance improvements.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, forecasting, and quota management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in B2B, B2G or B2C sales and working in a technology or SaaS-driven environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work both autonomously as well as within a team in a remote work environment.
