Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and executive reporting
• Own monthly financial rhythm and reporting, including cash flow management, margin analysis, and board-level materials
• Ensure timely, accurate financial closes in collaboration with the controller/bookkeeper
• Develop and lead operational cadence for the business: scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems
• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic planning, resourcing, pricing, and growth initiatives
• Act as a liaison across departments to ensure aligned execution across sales, delivery, and support
• Support board and investor communications; provide financial insights aligned with private equity governance
• Introduce scalable financial and operational processes to support growth while maintaining agility
• Lead and mentor a small finance team
• Identify and execute on opportunities to improve reporting, margins, pricing discipline, and operational effectiveness

Administrative Assistant

• Provide high-level administrative support across departments, with an emphasis on client-facing functions.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, meetings, and internal/external communications.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Manage lead tracking, qualification support, and follow-ups in coordination with sales teams.
• Help plan and execute internal events, conferences, and team projects.
• Contribute to CRM reporting and analytics; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Support ad-hoc projects, data entry, and research tasks as needed.
