About the role
- Design, optimize, and manage our Salesforce environment & supporting tech Stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Clari, Demandbase, Zoominfo, 100 Handshakes, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chili Piper or similar tools)
- Own complex system configurations, data management, and security settings – build CRM as a reliable source of truth for GTM data
- Build, maintain, and execute a roadmap for the evolution of our CRM and tech stack based on cross-functional and executive input
- Participate in evaluation, scoping and implementation of new systems and integrations
- Implement automation for complex business processes
- Serve as primary configurator, handling declarative automation, Lightning components, and APEX implementation
- Create custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and track progress against goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance) to identify process improvement areas and lead projects to implement solutions
- Develop and implement best practices for using Salesforce to support business processes and ensure data integrity
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features; evaluate impact and recommend adoption
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and system diagrams
- 30/60/90 day expectations: understand sales process, familiarize with current Salesforce config, connect with stakeholders, perform data quality assessment, shadow sales reps, identify quick wins, and document existing processes and automation
Requirements
- 5-7 years of total professional experience in systems administration or equivalent experience required
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with Lightning Component Configuration and Page Layout Design
- Automation with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder: Extensive experience automating complex business processes
- Org-Wide Sharing Settings and Permission Management expertise
- Data Management: Import/Export/Cleansing for data integrity maintenance
- Report and Dashboard Creation
- Salesforce Analytics Configuration
- User Training and Adoption: Strong track record in providing comprehensive user training to drive Salesforce adoption
- 2+ years of experience with Pardot or a similar Marketing automation tool
- Experience with other tools in our tech stack such as Salesloft, Clari, Demandbase, Zoominfo, 100 Handshakes, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chili Piper or similar tools
- Experience building, maintaining and executing on a roadmap for CRM and tech stack evolution
- Experience implementing declarative automation, Lightning components, and APEX implementation
