About the role
- Responsible for regional, annual growth in new physician practice partnerships and execution of sales strategies to drive aggressive growth targets
- Lead a regional team of sales professionals (8-10 network development professionals, including Directors) covering half the country
- Provide leadership and management to Aledade’s network development (sales) function
- Execute segment-focused sales approach and champion sales enablement and sales operations
- Hire, coach, develop and mentor sales people
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Performance, Business Development) to develop and implement actionable sales plans
- Adhere to systems and processes: lead management, sales process discipline, sales messaging, pipeline management, performance management
- Adopt and maximize systems such as Salesforce CRM, Revenue.io, and Conga CLM
- Evaluate performance, manage KPIs, and assess sales performance using Salesforce and other analytical tools
- Contribute to strong team morale by cultivating connections across a distributed, virtual team
- Report directly to the VP, Network Development
Requirements
- 12+ of progressive sales and/or sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Willing to travel by car or plane as needed up to 50%
- Proven track record of success as a sales leader (e.g., national rankings, President’s Club Winner)
- Salesforce expertise
- Familiarity with Value-Based Care
- Google Suite of Products
