Accountant

• Reporting to the Accounting Manager
• Accurately prepare, review, and post journal entries; perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
• Maintain strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and established accounting procedures
• Manage day-to-day activities related to general ledger accounting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records
• Collaborate with the finance team to execute timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

• Lead and execute strategic enablement initiatives for the Client Experience (sales) team for Network Solutions

Executive Assistant

• Provide proactive administrative support to the CTO and VP of Product Management, including managing complex calendars, travel planning, expense reporting, and correspondence.
• Assist with expense reporting for VPs in Engineering and Product Management
• Coordinate meetings and strategic engagements, including agendas, logistics, and materials preparation, across Engineering and Product
