- Lead the Magnetic Resonance Business in North America
- Shape regional strategy and align cross-functional priorities
- Act as primary conduit between North American stakeholders and global leadership
- Drive market share growth and business performance
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive budget planning and P&L management
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven experience in sales leadership
- Solid understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging market in North America
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of imaging modalities and healthcare economics
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex sales cycles
- Total Compensation including base salary + target incentive
