About the role
- Own Pharos' digital presence end-to-end, including website, SEO/AEO, and content distribution
- Manage the company website (WordPress): new page creation, UX improvements, technical performance, conversion optimization
- Lead SEO/AEO strategy and execution: keyword planning, content optimization, link building
- Drive the digital journey across channels (web, email, content distribution, review sites, communities, YouTube) to maximize awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Build, test, and optimize campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, webinars, content promotion, and lead routing
- Own metrics and reporting across digital channels; analyze performance and recommend improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with content, sales, and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution
- Stay current on AI and digital marketing trends and experiment with new tools and approaches
- Report directly to the VP of Marketing and play a central role in shaping prospect discovery, engagement, and conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, ideally in SaaS
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Strong grasp of SEO best practices, with a track record of improving organic performance
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to translate insights into action
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Collaborative communicator who works well across teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current on AI and digital marketing trends and experiment with new tools
- Must reside in the US and be authorized to work for any US employer without current or future need for Visa Sponsorship (position not eligible for Visa Sponsorship)
