Position: Sr. Marketing Associate to scale marketing programs and drive growth
Partner with sales, marketing, and stakeholders to advance brand and digital programs
Plan, develop, and execute organic, paid social, and email campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads
Support content creation and manage content calendar with subject matter experts
Use marketing and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics) to track and optimize performance
Maintain corporate WordPress website and make updates as needed
Liaise with agencies and external vendors to deliver programs
Manage inbound leads to generate meetings and pipeline for sales
Report on full-funnel performance and recommend optimizations
Support marketing budget management, invoices, contracts, and month-to-month tracking
Requirements
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare space
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Proficiency and experience in brand and digital marketing programs such as content and collateral creation (including Canva), email campaign creation and execution, and social media best practices
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and support program decisions
A flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation system is required
