Project Manager

• Own and lead client-facing healthcare projects
• Work on HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, and In-Home Assessments
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive outcomes using data and performance insights
• Fully remote role supporting work-life balance, with flexibility when needed
• High-ownership role requiring strong commitment in a fast-paced environment
• Establish and maintain client relationships that support a spirit of partnership with client project teams.
• Develop, update, and manage project plans and project timelines with oversight to project status, early identification of risks, and solution-minded issue mitigation.
• Oversee client communications, issue resolution, and status reporting as primary point of contact for day-to-day project operations.
• Report client project metrics, translate metrics to business information, and oversee the resulting action plans to ensure customer goals and project objectives are achieved.
• Lead and moderate recurring client calls to cover project status updates, project performance reviews/course correction, post project reviews, etc.
• Document and distribute minutes of meetings and oversee completion of resulting action items
• Prepare and conduct presentations to varying audiences that may include senior and executive leadership, clients, or prospective customers.

Call Center Representative

• Conduct outbound survey calls to members who were scheduled for in-home health risk assessments.
• Ensure that the member understands the purpose of the call and feels comfortable providing honest feedback.
• Ask structured questions to gather insights on the member's experience, focusing on satisfaction with scheduling, communication, and the assessment process.
• Probe for any additional comments or suggestions that could enhance future experiences.
• Accurately record responses, insights, and any actionable feedback into the contact center’s database or survey platform.
• Identify and flag any negative feedback, urgent issues, or requests for follow-up assistance to the appropriate departments.

Contact Center Representative

• Answering or making calls to members to book appointments for their no-cost In-home Health Assessments
• Learn about and address customer needs, complaints, or other service issues.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions/rebuttals, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
• Building lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that suit client needs better.
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
• To be available on meetings on camera as and when needed
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor
