Digital Marketing

• Own Pharos' digital presence end-to-end, including website, SEO/AEO, and content distribution
• Manage the company website (WordPress): new page creation, UX improvements, technical performance, conversion optimization
• Lead SEO/AEO strategy and execution: keyword planning, content optimization, link building
• Drive the digital journey across channels (web, email, content distribution, review sites, communities, YouTube) to maximize awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Build, test, and optimize campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, webinars, content promotion, and lead routing
• Own metrics and reporting across digital channels; analyze performance and recommend improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with content, sales, and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution
• Stay current on AI and digital marketing trends and experiment with new tools and approaches
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing and play a central role in shaping prospect discovery, engagement, and conversion
