• Disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility within the team in the absence of the area manager
• Participation in and leadership of team and case conferences
• Regular attendance at team leader meetings
• Preparation and updating of the duty roster
• Coordination and oversight of vacation planning
• Independent coordination of staffing in the event of employee sick leave

Qualified Nurse – Team Lead for 1:1 Intensive Care

• Assume leadership responsibilities and, in addition, provide nursing care and support to patients
• Prepare nursing assessments and care plans in close cooperation with the resident, legal guardians, relatives, nursing staff, physicians, and therapists
• Monitor and ensure proper basic care and treatment nursing
• Conduct regular case discussions and care rounds
• Assist in creating duty rosters and vacation schedules
• Perform supervisory duties, provide instruction, oversight, and duty of care for all nursing staff assigned to the residential unit
