Nurse – 1:1 Pediatric Intensive Care

• Assume leadership responsibilities and, in addition, provide nursing care and support to patients
• Prepare nursing assessments and care plans in close cooperation with residents, legal guardians, relatives, nursing staff, physicians, and therapists
• Monitor and ensure proper basic nursing care and treatment nursing
• Conduct regular case discussions and nursing rounds
• Assist with the preparation of duty rosters and vacation schedules
• Perform supervisory duties, provide guidance, oversight, and duty of care for all nursing staff assigned to the residential unit

Residential Unit Manager, Intensive Care Residential Group
