About the role

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a three-year vocational training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d)
  • Qualified nurse (Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau) (m/f/d)
  • Geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger) (m/f/d)
  • Nurse (Krankenpfleger/Krankenschwester) (m/f/d)
  • No prior intensive care experience required; you will receive individualized, comprehensive training
  • Empathetic, compassionate approach to patients (m/f/d)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Heart and passion for the nursing profession

  • Hourly wage: €21.92 to €26.11
  • From 2026: compensation under a new collective agreement with two modern pay models and a surcharge system of up to 150% (net)
