Vice President

• Develop and lead nationwide strategies for Claim Large Loss Property unit with full accountability for performance, budget, global line of business coverage resolution, and efficient management of allocated loss adjustment expenses while providing leadership to achieve talent development, engagement, business results, and resource optimization.
• Independently manage property claims meeting Major Case Unit Referral Guidelines with designated authority up to $15MM and secure additional authority directly from Claim EVP for cases exceeding $15MM, as appropriate.
• Oversee cases routinely valued in tens of millions of dollars, occasionally exceeding $100MM.
• Maintain direct contact with agents, brokers, lawyers, and other external parties on complex claim resolution.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of claims with anticipated exposure exceeding $1MM and directly negotiate complex claims (significant dollar exposure, class actions, etc.) with external parties.
• Evaluate the most severe and complex claims with active involvement in coverage, liability, and damages analysis and provide claim-handling guidance, recommendations, and strategies to appropriate claim professionals.
• Partner with Claim University to identify, develop, and present training programs that optimize field and unit claim handling effectiveness.
• Train and develop claim professionals.
• Deliver technical and coverage expertise to broader property organization to ensure product consistency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

VP, Property Major Case, Large Loss

• Perform hands-on data collection, data cleansing, model development to support ACM model projects
• Partner with Model Risk Management on model validations, annual reviews, and ongoing assessments
• Analyze model performance and explain model behavior to business stakeholders
• Utilize advanced ML techniques to perform data mining for customer risk analysis and profiling
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive model documentation required to meet regulatory and compliance standards
• Lead automation initiatives using AWS, Python, Tableau, and related tools
• Build expertise in Synchrony’s data warehouse and analytics ecosystem
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

AVP, Credit Model Development

• Responsible for shaping data-driven strategies that enable sustainable customer growth, optimize portfolio performance, and drive enterprise business outcomes.
• Combines advanced analytics, strategic thinking, and business leadership to identify emerging opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable impact across Acquisition and Account Management functions.
• Leads high-impact strategy science initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, experimentation, machine learning, and deep business insights to solve complex business problems.
• Partners closely with senior business leaders, model development teams, technology organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to define strategic priorities and translate insights into scalable solutions.

AVP, Strategy Sciences

• Create and execute the Market Network strategic plan including leading the market with Value Based Purchasing initiatives
• Lead and influence stakeholders including the Department of Medicaid, Legislators, health partners and other stakeholders
• Meet and exceed projected member access, product, utilization and budget requirements in all geographic regions
• Design & implement recruitment plans and directly negotiate and coordinate contractual, operational and service requirements for hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers

• Help shape and execute Espresa’s channel strategy, with a focus on strategic consultant and broker relationships
• Build and deepen relationships with benefits consultants, broker partners, and distribution channels to expand Espresa’s market presence and influence revenue opportunities
• Develop strong connections with practice leaders, subject matter experts, and executive stakeholders within key consultant and broker firms
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align go-to-market strategy and support successful channel-driven opportunities

Vice President of Training, Healthcare

• Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Development will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Museum’s comprehensive development program to build annual support and ensure the success of its campaign.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward transformational gifts while leading annual, capital, and endowment fundraising efforts.
• Assist the President and CEO in developing and implementing the museum's strategic vision and goals.
• Manage and supervise museum departments, including Development and Guest Services.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote the museum's mission and programs.
• Assess the Museum’s development program and craft a strategic plan to sustainably grow the donor base, contributed revenue, and the development team.

Vice President of Development

• Evaluate, source and manage the network of contract manufacturers, cell collection centers, and contract development organizations.
• Evaluate, negotiate and implement major contracts related to manufacturing, procurement and logistics management for autologous and allogeneic CAR T therapies globally.
• Build and lead the manufacturing function and supply chain function, including relationship, technical management, contract negotiation and oversight of our external manufacturing and supply organizations.
• Build and lead the organization to provide and manage clinical supply, materials management, sourcing and strategic sourcing for the pipeline of cell therapies (both autologous and allogeneic) for Kyverna.
• Recruit, hire, and develop employees, and assess, recommend, and implement the structure and capabilities needed to grow the function in step with Kyverna’s strategic growth.
• Source and lead the evaluation of qualified organizations to provide critical services, materials, or products to Kyverna. Provide strategic input, including capital planning and capacity management, and information supporting the expansion of the Kyverna footprint globally. Assist teams in building the full business case with risks, opportunities and recommendations that support the growth of Kyverna.
• Lead the Supply and Ops planning for all products at Kyverna. Aggregate demand and ensure robust and agile supply strategies to meet demand.
• Participate as Member/Leader for Kyverna on JSCs with external members of the supply chain.
• Develop and lead the Business Operational reviews for manufacturing and supply of all Kyverna products. Assess and communicate the performance heatmap of the components of the entire supply chain. Escalate conditions of high risk and actively intervene to mitigate risks.
• Ensure network readiness for pivotal/registrational studies and launch/commercial supply activities.
• Develop and manage manufacturing and supply chain operational budget(s)
• Provide scientific and technical guidance and serve as SME for manufacturing processes and technology adoption.
• Establish and build the process for process monitoring and performance management of products produced in multiple supply points. Set the expectations for performance of this capability and manage the team to communicate and respond to signals indicating out-of-alignment conditions.
• Implement and operate the supply orchestrations systems for Kyverna to track, trace, and adjust the end-to-end patient journey, meeting scheduling requirements and optimizing patient experience.
• Support CMC and product development teams through collaboration on development of product history files, master files, site master plans and validation plans.
• Maintain current awareness of GMP/GTP and other regulations, guidance documents, advisory committees, industry standards and trends applicable to current and future cell therapy development operations and products.
• Provide key strategic Compliance best business practices to projects and cross-functional teams, including process development, manufacturing implementation, IMPD and IND preparation, and discussions with regulators.
