About the role
- Assume leadership responsibilities and, in addition, provide nursing care and support to patients
- Prepare nursing assessments and care plans in close cooperation with residents, legal guardians, relatives, nursing staff, physicians, and therapists
- Monitor and ensure proper basic nursing care and treatment nursing
- Conduct regular case discussions and nursing rounds
- Assist with the preparation of duty rosters and vacation schedules
- Perform supervisory duties, provide guidance, oversight, and duty of care for all nursing staff assigned to the residential unit
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered/qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in intensive care nursing
- Sensitive, empathetic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine passion and commitment to the nursing profession
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Initial leadership experience
