About the role
- Instructing and supervising internal and external nursing students/trainees
- Coordinating practical training tasks in collaboration with nursing schools
- Documenting practical training and evaluating learning progress
- Contributing to the development of care processes and ensuring a high standard of care and training
- Performing basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring ventilation and vital parameters, handling emergencies, and patient observation
- Supporting and caring for our residents in their daily lives
- Communicating and collaborating with patients, relatives, and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed three-year training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a Practice Instructor/Clinical Mentor (m/f/d)
- Empathetic, structured and responsible working style
- Enjoys teaching and supporting trainees
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a passion for nursing
