About the role

  • Reliable delivery of all services, including basic care and medically prescribed treatment nursing
  • Completion and maintenance of nursing documentation
  • Disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility within the team in the absence of the area manager
  • Participation in and leadership of team and case conferences
  • Regular attendance at team leader meetings
  • Preparation and updating of the duty roster
  • Coordination and oversight of vacation planning
  • Independent coordination of staffing in the event of employee sick leave

Requirements

  • Successfully completed three‑year training as a Registered Nurse / Health and Nursing Professional (m/f/d)
  • Qualification as a generalist nurse / nursing specialist (m/f/d)
  • Geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
  • Further training as a specialist in out‑of‑hospital ventilation (m/f/d) or professional experience in (out‑of‑hospital) intensive care
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Genuine commitment and passion for the nursing profession
  • High level of social competence
  • Initial leadership experience desirable
