About the role
- Train and supervise internal and external nursing students (m/f/d)
- Implement practical training tasks required by nursing schools
- Complete practical training documentation
- Contribute to care planning and provide individualized care that considers patients' needs
- Provide basic and treatment nursing care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitor ventilation and vital parameters, perform emergency management and patient observation
- Support and assist patients with everyday activities
- Communicate with relatives, patients, and others
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
- Qualification/certification as a Practice Instructor (m/f/d)
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine dedication and passion for the nursing profession
