About the role
- Assume leadership responsibilities and, in addition, provide nursing care and support to patients
- Prepare nursing assessments and care plans in close cooperation with the resident, legal guardians, relatives, nursing staff, physicians, and therapists
- Monitor and ensure proper basic care and treatment nursing
- Conduct regular case discussions and care rounds
- Assist in creating duty rosters and vacation schedules
- Perform supervisory duties, provide instruction, oversight, and duty of care for all nursing staff assigned to the residential unit
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified/registered nurse (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in intensive care nursing
- Sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine dedication and passion for the nursing profession
- Strong interpersonal and social skills
- Some prior leadership experience
