About the role

  • Instruct internal and external nursing students (m/f/d)
  • Implement practical assignments required by nursing schools
  • Complete practical training documentation
  • Co-design and provide individualized care, taking patients' needs into account
  • Deliver basic and treatment nursing care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
  • Monitor ventilator and vital parameters, perform emergency management and patient observation
  • Support and assist patients with daily living activities
  • Communicate with patients, relatives and other parties

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a registered (state-certified) nurse (m/f/d)
  • Additional qualification as a practice instructor/clinical instructor (m/f/d)
  • Sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A caring nature and passion for the nursing profession
