Drive transformation of how Media & Creative data fuels Pfizer’s modern marketing engine; lead performance & optimization across paid, owned & earned media.
Oversee integrated media analytics strategy, test-and-learn frameworks, and end-to-end delivery of media performance insights to business leadership, brand marketing, and CMO partners.
Manage and grow a global, multifunctional analytics team of 20+ (23+ referenced) across media, creative, web, audience, data strategy, and omnichannel intelligence.
Lead strategic vision, operations, and governance for media, creative, audience, website, influencer/earned, and omnichannel analytics; build & scale enterprise performance measurement and optimization.
Serve as senior escalation and decision point for advanced media analytics and data management strategy internally and with agency partners.
Create and evolve best practices, roadmaps, & AI use cases for media optimization.
Oversee delivery of global and U.S. brand-level performance reporting and strategic insights to senior stakeholders, the SLT/ELT, and brand marketing teams.
Lead media representation as a key SteerCo & ATC member; advance KPI frameworks and lead executive measurement planning for high-impact campaigns.
Create & oversee integration of media optimization reports across media, creative, audience, website, influencer, owned, earned & GTM strategy for 50+ brands globally.
Deliver ongoing monthly/quarterly reporting and ad hoc analysis with actionable insights for L1 and L2 business unit teams.
Develop and enhance performance benchmarks; translate campaign results into optimization opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
Lead and oversee agency teams supporting reporting & optimization globally for nearly $1B in media investment; oversee negotiation structure for agency & 3rd party vendor scopes.
Build and scale Centers of Excellence for omnichannel intelligence, HCP, and optimization; standardize global experimentation framework and test planning execution.
Drive agency initiatives and operational transformation; implement scalable solutions and improved data foundations for insight delivery.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the CMO organization, Digital Organization, Procurement, Business Units, Corporate Affairs, Finance, and Legal to experiment with new capabilities.
Requirements
BS Degree in Marketing.
12 years work experience in media measurement and analytics.
Expertise in media attribution and measurement platforms.
Experience with the vendor landscape and technology applications including CDP integrations; Data Lake architecture; customer journey personalization and messaging; paid, earned, and owned media mix modelling planning; media activation reporting and other forms of market research.
Familiar with AdTech toolsets and platforms; skilled in manipulating data sets and creating visualizations; experience designing and building/evolving dashboards in Tableau, Datorama and Power BI.
Experience with both Traditional and Social Platforms strategy and management – Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
Creative, innovative problem solver who leads with insights derived from data.
B2B and B2C data-led marketing experience.
Experience with leading agencies, ISV technology companies or consulting partners in advertising and marketing tech.
Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment.
Understanding of data-driven media planning and buying approaches in the US.
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence and drive alignment across senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
