Accountable for development and execution of HCP strategies and tactics to maximize HCP engagement and drive LITFULO business growth
Develop best-in-class HCP campaign to drive HCP awareness and action in partnership with Global Vitiligo HCP lead
Support development and execution of insights-driven, long and short-term HCP strategy and tactics
Develop and execute branded HCP tactics across omnichannel ecosystem
Support media strategy, budget and plan across omnichannel ecosystem, including innovation
Lead analysis and development of future audience segmentation builds in close collaboration with IIS and CMO/media
Develop holistic learning and measurement plan, monitoring key metrics to evaluate implementation and ROI and optimize accordingly
Collaborate with global marketing, the US Consumer and Access teams, US LITFULO Alopecia Areata team, and cross-functional partners (CMO, I&I, IIS, MGIDN, PR, RC, etc.)
Champion innovation and seek learnings from other brands and industries to elevate and amplify approach
Mentorship of Senior Manager and report into the US Litfulo Brand Lead
Prepare for the launch of LITFULO’s second indication and support through first launch year and beyond
Requirements
8 years of broad pharmaceutical experience (minimum)
Minimum of 4–5 years of US marketing experience
US HCP brand marketing experience required
Prior experience with new indication or campaign launch
Proven track record of working cross-functionally and driving cross-functional groups to alignment and action
Demonstration of strategic and tactical marketing capabilities with proven creative and analytical skills
Excellent analytic and problem solving and planning capabilities
Proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously
Strong business acumen with proven communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior leadership
Strong team player
Experience in dermatology Rx category (nice-to-have)
High learning agility and ability to lead others through ambiguity and change (nice-to-have)
Ability to work in white space, detail oriented, action driven and creative mindset (nice-to-have)
Candidate demonstrates leadership experience including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues
