Represent a wide range of infection prevention and wound care solutions across hospital and out-of-hospital settings
Champion targeted areas of MedSurg value proposition, emphasizing infection prevention, wound care and related technologies
Build and nurture high-impact relationships with clinical leaders, procurement teams, and other stakeholders
Drive strategic pre-tender engagements, lead tender implementations, and support new product launches
Shape and deliver value-based pricing strategies while positioning comprehensive solutions across wound care, infection prevention and surgical portfolio
Strengthen key account performance through structured CRM practices and an insight-driven sales approach
Travel domestically within Denmark 25-30% in line with business needs
Requirements
A nursing background and a relevant life sciences or business degree
Clinical sales experience
Proven experience in medical sales — preferably across wound care, infection prevention & surgical solutions
Experience in hospital and/or out-of-hospital (OoH) settings is a strong advantage
Understanding of infection prevention, 2-layer compression systems, operating theatre workflows, and related medical technologies is desirable
Extroverted, proactive, and confident in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
Team player with a high-energy, results-driven mindset
Capable of working cross-functionally and engaging across multiple levels of an organization
Structured and methodical in problem-solving, account planning, and sales strategy
Strong communication skills – verbal and written, fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
