Manage key advertising partnerships and cultivate long-term, value-driven relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and KPIs.
Drive the creation, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns that meet client objectives while ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Continuously assess campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets and maximize ROI for both clients and The Penny Hoarder.
Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click thru rates, and lifetime value to proactively improve campaign outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, media buying, editorial, etc.) to align on client goals and execute integrated strategies that drive business results.
Lead client onboarding, ensuring successful setup of affiliate tracking, and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years in account management, client success, or performance marketing, preferably in the digital advertising or media industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize results.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients to align on goals and drive results.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and campaign tracking tools (e.g., HasOffers/Tune, Google Analytics).
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Experience: Experience with affiliate marketing or performance-based advertising.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with media buying and digital marketing strategies.
