About the role

  • Architect, implement, and optimize systems, processes, and insights that power revenue growth
  • Build and continuously refine the revenue operating system spanning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance integration
  • Drive rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, lead-to-revenue processes, and renewal/expansion motions
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly across functions to support unified decision-making
  • Own revenue analytics and forecasting, providing executives and board-level stakeholders with actionable insights
  • Design dashboards and models that highlight leading indicators, risk, and growth opportunities
  • Champion data quality, governance, and integrity across all revenue systems
  • Lead the roadmap for the commercial tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, analytics)
  • Implement automation and generative AI use cases to drive productivity across GTM and Finance teams
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools that provide leverage, scalability, and sharper insights
  • Serve as a critical bridge between Finance and GTM leaders, aligning objectives, reporting, and execution
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure operational alignment
  • Build and lead a lean, high-impact RevOps team to scale the business

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Revenue Operations (across Sales and Marketing), ideally in a SaaS business of similar scale and complexity
  • Demonstrated success operating in complex, high-volume software environments
  • Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and data/analytics tools (i.e. SFDC, HubSpot, Marketo, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong background in forecasting, ROI modeling, and cross-functional alignment
  • Experience introducing automation, AI/GenAI, and advanced analytics to improve GTM efficiency
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence both Finance and GTM leadership
  • Experience building and leading a RevOps team
