Staff Product Manager – Travel & Spend

Product Marketing

• You will spend 50% of your time as our Competitive & Market Intelligence Lead, turning market signals into "battle-ready" insights.
• Synthesize market signals into clear guidance on how Perk wins.
• Maintain actionable, seller-ready competitive documentation (utilizing AI tools like Klue, Gong or Notion AI) for our top global and regional rivals.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to empower our revenue teams with objection handling, competitive positioning, and deal-specific playbooks.
• Translate win/loss patterns and Gong insights into clear commercial actions that improve competitive win rate.
• Lead the shift from reactive battlecards to a proactive, AI-enabled intelligence system.
• Deliver a comprehensive analysis of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Market Fit Map, that clarifies where we win, where we lose, and where we should not play.
• Conduct regular product-market fit reviews and market share analysis to identify whitespace and "right to win opportunities globally.
• You will be the PMM lead for 5 dedicated product squads, managing global releases end-to-end.
• Craft compelling, commercially grounded positioning that answers the “so what?” for our ICP.
• Translate launches into field-ready messaging, objection handling, and business cases that equip sellers to win CFO-level conversations.
• Partner with Product Ops and Revenue to track adoption, identify friction, and refine messaging and positioning where features are not sticking.

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market Intelligence – Global GTM

Account Executive

• Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities within our target markets
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, tailoring messaging to the needs of each prospective client.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience

• Coordinate complex, multi-city international trips including air, rail, ground transport, and lodging utilizing our proprietary software.
• Act as the "gatekeeper" for corporate travel policy, ensuring all bookings align with company tiers, budgets, and preferred vendor contracts.
• Provide "white-glove" service for C-suite executives, managing specific preferences (e.g., specific aircraft types, hotel floor preferences, or dietary requirements).
• Monitor global events and proactively reroute travelers to keep them out of harm's way.

Customer Care Travel Advisor

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting clients with travel planning and support.
• Manage bookings, resolve travel-related concerns, and ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after travel.
• Execute flawless bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email.
• Coordinate complex, multi-city international trips including air, rail, ground transport, and lodging utilizing proprietary software.
• Act as the "gatekeeper" for corporate travel policy, ensuring all bookings align with company tiers, budgets, and preferred vendor contracts.
• Provide "white-glove" service for C-suite executives, managing specific preferences.
• Monitor global events and proactively reroute travelers to maintain safety.

Revenue Operations

• Own the design, build, execution, and ongoing management of Perk’s commission plans across multiple sales teams and roles
• Own territory management, target setting and quota assignment across all regions globally
• Ensure commission plans are aligned to company strategy, sales behaviour, and unit economics
• Own the commissions technology stack and ensure accuracy, transparency, and trust with the field
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Enablement to evolve plans as the business scales
• Lead a team of analysts responsible for end-to-end revenue reporting across regions, segments, functions, and leadership teams
• Drive data-driven insights that identify performance gaps, productivity opportunities, and execution risks
• Support strategic decision-making, forecast accuracy, sales discipline, and execution rigor
• Help Sales leaders understand what’s driving performance and what to change early
• Support the development, maintenance, and execution of Perk’s revenue capacity and productivity model
