About the role

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities within our target markets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, tailoring messaging to the needs of each prospective client.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform our go-to-market strategy
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and KPIs

Requirements

  • Native French Speaker
  • Demonstrable track record in B2B sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or related sectors
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear business value
  • Excellent communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus
  • An analytical mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
