• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for fire alarm system replacements and upgrades.
• Assess existing systems for obsolescence and compliance with current codes.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications, and conduct site surveys to define project scope.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop detailed proposals.
• Negotiate contracts within established financial and strategic guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with end users, general and electrical contractors, and project managers.
• Represent PSI as a trusted partner known for quality and reliability.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing and past clients to uncover new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities beyond public bid forums.
• Promote PSI’s capabilities to architectural and engineering firms in target markets.
• Adapt and implement marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate handoff and alignment of customer expectations before project execution.
• Support internal project teams to uphold PSI’s delivery and service standards.
