Project Manager

• Review and comment on contractor/subcontractor agreements and architectural or engineering designs
• Provide pre-proposal/bid support including site walks and proposal reviews
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate hand-off meetings with sales, design, and field teams
• Prepare project status reports and recommend release of construction funds
• Perform subcontractor negotiations and review subcontractor quotes for missing/incomplete scopes
• Generate and monitor master schedule (e.g., Gantt charts) with superintendent and support schedule adherence
• Prepare construction risk assessment reports and support site safety documentation
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to meet customer needs
• Secure required permits and ensure Parts/Warehouse orders and staging per BOM timelines
• Maintain job management system tracking contracts, scopes, timelines, change orders, and backup documentation
• Receive daily field reports and manage change order process with customers/contractors
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements and perform other duties as assigned

Account Executive

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for fire alarm system replacements and upgrades
• Assess existing systems for obsolescence and compliance with current codes
• Interpret blueprints and specifications, and conduct site surveys to define project scope
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop detailed proposals
• Negotiate contracts within established financial and strategic guidelines
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with end users, general and electrical contractors, and project managers
• Represent PSI as a trusted partner known for quality and reliability
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing and past clients to uncover new business opportunities
• Identify and pursue new opportunities beyond public bid forums
• Promote PSI’s capabilities to architectural and engineering firms in target markets
• Adapt and implement marketing strategies aligned with sales goals
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate handoff and alignment of customer expectations before project execution
• Support internal project teams to uphold PSI’s delivery and service standards

Channel Sales Executive

Administration

• The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for direct coordination and management of the daily schedules for Field Technicians providing fire protection services to a wide variety of customers. Expectations include optimal scheduling and dispatch of technicians to ensure all customer obligations are met within PSI efficiency standards.
• A flexible, hybrid schedule option is available after successful completion of training. Work 1-2 days remotely and 3-4 days in the office each week.
• Create and schedule service and inspection jobs with customers leveraging our Field Service Management software for fire alarm, sprinkler, suppression, extinguisher, and gate & door services.
• Review reports daily to ensure efficient technician schedules (jobs and travel time) meeting scheduling productivity standards.
• Maintain a list of jobs that have flexible service windows to allow for rapid updating of technician schedules due to last-minute schedule disruptions.
• Field emergency service calls and reroute technicians based on geographic location, availability, and required skillset.
• Assist technicians and customers with schedule-specific questions, escalating to the manager when appropriate.
• Meet PSI customer service standards through proactive communications via Field Service Management software, phone, and email.
• Ensure the customer clearly understands our fees for services rendered.
• Coordinate closely with technicians, managers and other internal stakeholders, relaying information to and from customers.
• Answer customer calls regarding inspections, repairs, and emergency services.
• Ensure all information needed by the technician to complete the job is up to date in the Field Service Management software.
• Confirm all customer information required for invoicing is up to date at time of scheduling (billing contact, purchase order, etc.)
• Other duties may include basic administrative tasks, reviewing inspection & third-party compliance reports, quoting time and materials at emergency service standard rates, and related special projects as assigned.
