Coordinate scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements
Collaborate with Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners’ allocation forecast
Monitor utilization of HSTCs and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand
Manage accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments
Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events and ensure minimum impact on candidates and stakeholders
Oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards
Handle HSTC requests regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to appropriate internal teams
Identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to relevant teams
Conduct visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement
Report to the High Stakes Test Centre Management Team Leader and work with partners and internal teams to provide tools and processes for efficient exam delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred
3+ years of previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment (considered a plus)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2); extra languages desired
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments
Strong focus on compliance with regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs
For SELT roles: must undergo acceptable background checks (DBS basic/enhanced when in UK, Right to Work in the UK check, HO security check BPSS or CTC, financial background check, employment reference check) or equivalent checks if outside the UK
If required to speak to SELT candidates: appropriately skilled in English and, where applicable, in the official language of the relevant country
