About the role

  • Manage, develop, and deliver learning through digital platforms across Sysco GB
  • Create and curate high-quality learning content for digital and in-person experiences
  • Ensure smooth operation and optimisation of Learning Management System
  • Maintain quality and consistency of learning materials and manage learning libraries
  • Support Talent Development Team and SMEs to upload, assign and track learning
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage system improvements
  • Manage catalogue structure, tagging, discoverability, and reporting functions
  • Monitor usage and effectiveness of digital content and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with SMEs to design and deliver e-learning, videos, guides, and toolkits
  • Manage onboarding and contracts of third-party suppliers and supplier set up
  • Own learning budget administration; raise POs, track spend and reconcile invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of spend, provide management reporting and ensure procurement compliance

Requirements

  • Strong background in managing Learning Management Systems (e.g. Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors)
  • Deep understanding of learning technologies and digital learning tools
  • Hands-on experience in learning content creation or instructional design
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of budgeting processes, purchase orders, and basic financial tracking
  • Experience using learning analytics to inform decision-making
  • Strong grasp of accessibility and inclusion in the learning space
  • Experience working within large, complex, and matrixed organisations
