Lead the global commercial growth of the DevOps portfolio and define/execute the commercial roadmap.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, training organizations, and professional associations to expand market presence.
Drive revenue growth by implementing a target-driven sales and partnership strategy.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market initiatives.
Represent PeopleCert at DevOps-related industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote thought leadership.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies proactively.
Provide forecasts, reporting, and insights to senior leadership on performance and growth opportunities.
Mentor and guide a commercial team to achieve defined goals and objectives.
Requirements
Post-graduate degree in IT, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
Over 12–15 years’ experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic partnerships within IT consulting, technology, or certification sectors.
Strong knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and certifications.
Proven record of successfully driving revenue growth and international market expansion.
Sound expertise in channel development, partnership strategy, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills working with senior executives and cross-functional teams across cultures.
Prior exposure in Education, Consulting, Examination/Certification, or Technology sectors considered an asset.
Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL a plus).
